By opting into our text messaging notification list, you agree to receive recurring notification text messages to the mobile phone number you provided.  These messages will notify you of new music releases and related events, including info on music videos and concerts.

Data Collection and Usage:
We collect your phone number and name. This information is only used for purposes of the above described notifications.  We do not share your information with any third parties.

Opt-Out and Support:
You can also remove yourself from the notification list at any time, either by replying STOP to the notification SMS text message or by emailing info@justintoe.com and requesting removal.

Fees:
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies and will typically be less than one text message a month.
